Enrollment Policy:
Artingales, LLC reserves the right to accept or deny enrollment in any class, session, or workshop by any registrant. Class sizes are limited and enrollment is a first come first served basis. Artingales, LLC strives to provide the highest quality art classes with various media for all ages. We value your feedback. If you would like to share your experience or have questions or concerns, please email the Director at director@artingales.org.
Registration:
Registration links may drop from the website prior to the start of any class or workshop due to registration deadlines and cancellations. Customers may skip the registration page and email director@artingales.org to express interest in a class offering by providing all items listed in registration. However, doing so does not guarantee registration and depends on space availability. Confirmation must be received before assuming artists may attend a class. Registering via email indicates agreement with current terms. Classes with no registration 48 hours prior to start date are often canceled.
Release of Liability:
As the Participant or legal parent/guardian of the Participant, I do hereby release and discharge Artingales, LLC and its members, officers, agents, servants, employees, volunteers and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, including death, damages, property damage, or loss which may have or may in future accrue to the Participant in account of participating in or volunteering for Artingales, LLC activities, and while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Artingales, LLC, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Medical Emergency:
The Participant or Participant’s Parent or Legal Guardian gives permission to Artingales, LLC, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the Participant in the event Artingales, LLC is not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare that I have listed any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition in the registration process and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
Refund Policy:
Artingales does not offer monetary refunds for classes, workshops, sessions, or portions of sessions. Class credit may be offered on a case by case basis for emergencies, and in accordance with the illness policy. If you are unsure your child will like a full session of art classes, register for a single trial class and we will determine whether the artist should continue. Some classes may not have this option.
Illness Policy:
Participants who have communicable diseases must not attend class. Participants showing signs of illness such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, uncontrollable cough, etc. will be sent home and required to be picked up within 20 minutes. In the event a participant misses class due to illness, class credit will be given for like-kind exchange if Artingales is notified. Like-kind exchanges must generally be used within six months. Simply email director@artingales.org or text 503-929-4088 within (3) days to report absence for illness or to request the credit.

Unless I provide to Artingales, LLC written notice otherwise, I hereby grant Artingales, LLC permission to use my and/or my child’s likeness and/or artwork in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. Artingales will take precautions to ensure identifiable faces are not paired with a minor’s name in any marketing distribution without additional express permission given in writing. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Artingales, LLC and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize Artingales, LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my or my child’s likeness and/or artwork appears.
